Indonesian law requires every company to file recurring tax, accounting, and employment reports. We take responsibility for these obligations and support the business across each reporting area.

Tax support: we calculate, prepare, and file mandatory tax reports. When needed, we coordinate payment or explain how to pay the taxes directly.

The service includes:

• Monthly company tax reports
• Annual corporate income tax return
• Quarterly LKPM investment report
• Annual personal return for a director who is an Indonesian tax resident
• VAT reporting for companies registered as PKP

Some business activities are subject to additional taxes. We account for the company's actual operations and apply the corresponding requirements.

Accounting: when the company does not employ an in-house accountant, we maintain its books under Indonesian standards.

The service includes:

• Monthly accounting reports
• Profit and loss statements
• Preparation of data for tax filings and inspections

All records are organized and kept ready for review by government authorities.

HR support and BPJS: when needed, we register the company and its employees with the social insurance system, calculate contributions, and file the required reports.

Pricing: the fee depends on the type of business, revenue, and reporting volume. Terms are quoted individually.
