Fast Track is a faster, more comfortable way to complete the arrival procedures. An assistant stays with you through each step so the process is clear and does not involve unnecessary stress or waiting.

The service is especially suitable for:

• People traveling abroad for the first time

How it works

1. Meet: the assistant meets you at the aircraft exit in the jet bridge.

2. Terminal guidance: the assistant accompanies you through the terminal, helps with navigation, and explains the order of each arrival procedure.

3. Immigration: the assistant directs you to the correct area and helps with the required forms and declarations.

4. Additional assistance: when needed, the assistant takes you to IMEI registration and helps you complete the process correctly.

5. Arrival: the assistant helps with baggage claim and accompanies you to your driver or receiving party.

Important: Fast Track does not eliminate passport control or the immigration officer's role. Every procedure remains subject to official airport rules. Automated gates are available to travelers over age seven who have an eligible biometric passport and a valid visa.

The service must be booked in advance.
